Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support@whettle.com. You may cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
General policy
Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement or required by applicable law, subscription payments already made are generally non-refundable.
Billing errors & duplicate charges
If a duplicate payment or billing error occurs, contact our support team. Verified cases will be reviewed and processed appropriately.
Refund processing time
Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to the processing timelines of the payment provider (including Razorpay and your bank).
Free trial
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. Eligible plans may include a 14-day free trial. See our Pricing page for trial eligibility.
