Billing

Subscriptions & billing

Billing cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via secure online payment at the start of each billing period.

Free trial

New accounts may receive a 14-day free trial on eligible plans. Trial access is digital and activated after email verification.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from account settings or by emailing support@whettle.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except for duplicate charges or verified billing errors. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Service delivery

Whettle is a SaaS platform. After payment confirmation, digital access is provisioned to your registered account — no physical shipping.
